Great location and great food. I have been here many times for lunch and for dinner, and the quality of the food remains consistent. Even with my limited knowledge of Italian the waiters are always very helpful in helping me choose a great meal. I am vegetarian and love their pastas without meat. Wonderful place to come mid-afternoon for a glass of Prosecco and to people watch.

Loved this place. Read the reviews and chose it based on the collection. The place is nice inside and the servers were very good and my meal outstanding. At first I was a little taken back at the looks of my beef, it looked like seared tuna. I was NOT expecting the beef to be so raw in the middle but, I am not afraid… I figured I would insult the chef if I sent it back to be more cooked as I did order it medium… it was almost mooing. One bite and it was like butter. Loved it. A stellar meal from start to finish.

Had lunch here. The food was pretty good and liked the unique flavor combinations that they used. Only thing like a lot of places in Lugano, the menus are only in Italian.

This is our favorite wine bar in the city. The restaurant itself is small and claustrophobic, but the outdoor seating spills out of the colonnade onto the Piazza Riforma and is comfortable nearly all of the year. We have seen people eat here — and the food looks tasty — but the delicious appetizers that come with a bottle of wine always seem to finish off our appetite. These people take their wine seriously. The waiters know their stuff and are especially knowledgeable and proud(and rightly so) of the Ticino whites. Their wine menu covers every major wine and region of Italy, from the Veneto to Campagnia. We still remember one long evening with a small group, when we managed to clean out their entire Barolo collection. This is a very relaxed and friendly place, perfect for a slow, late afternoon conversation among friends.
