My first coffee in Ticino was here. It was OK, and the pastries quite good. What really captivated me was the atmosphere. I felt like I was at one of those dusty road cafés for loners where so many disaster/​horror movies start. Call me weird.
The pastries have to be bought separately in the annex shop, and they serve you the drinks or the meal dishes. The staff is correct.
This review was going to be a 3-​star, if it weren’t for their «gnocchi al burro e salvia»: the best gnocchi in the country so far!
