Ich finde dies ein absolut schlechtes Lokal. Ich war einmal dort– nie wieder. Die Bedienung wirkte gelangweilt und war nicht speziell freundlich. Ich war mit meinem Freund dort und bat um weniger Gemüse und mehr Fleisch was die Service-​Person bestätigte. Wir erhielten zwei identische Teller… Das finde ich extrem unhöflich und auch uncharmant. Es waren zu wenig Momos und das Gemüse fand ich überhaupt nicht lecker. Echt nicht gut.

I am not sure why all the German reviews are so positive about this place, but in imho — and I went there at least four times — the Tibet Corner offers besides a constant menu with Tibetan food served in an ancient living room atmosphere not much of a suprise. The menu comprising mainly Momo — the typical dumpling with meat and non-​meat fillings — with several vegetables to mix. You have to order at the bar and then move on to the few tables in a rather tiny side room. The wands in this room are filled with pictures of Tibet and its people, political posters and magazines which convey the picture you use to have of this land. As there are not many alternatives for Tibetan food in St. Gallen the place remains the only choice for some.

der tibet corner ist mein stammlokal.
es kommt zwar vor, dass das essen etwas zu sehr dem westlichen gaumen angepasst ist, aber das ist die ausnahme der ausnahme.
neben den momos ist übrigens auch das dresi (reis, gewürzt mit tibetischer süsswurzel an nature-​youghurt) wirklich empfehlenswert.

Etwas ganz anderes als chinesisch oder Indisch aber trotzdem alles was man in der Asiatische küche erwartet.
