This restaurant/​apartments is wonderful! We arrived into Zermatt around 4:30 and by 5 we were sitting in their cozy entrance drinking a gratis cocktail! The view of the Matterhorn is stunning and they have a great outdoor area that is accessible in all seasons! My husband and I booked a single room that is meant for one person, but they were able to squeeze an extra bed in for us! The single rooms do not have a direct view, so do not go by the photos! We had a four course dinner that night for 59 Franks each… a bit pricey but considering it’s Zermatt, the food is great quality and the service is wonderful we left feeling quite pleased with everything! If by chance you are not lucky enough to stay here there is a bus stop for the Red Line right outside!

Ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Restaurant an der Kapelle von Winkelmatten neben der Elektrobushaltestelle. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir habend das täglich wechselnde Abendmenü (4 Gänge, 59 SFR) zwei mal ausprobiert. Hervorragend, frisch, geschmacklich sehr gut. Die Portionen nicht zu klein. Freundliche Bedienung. Den Außenbereich haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Macht ebenso einen sehr guten Eindruck.
