Pebra – Carrasco Künzler

Leider habe ich in meinem Beitrag den Vornamen einer Person erwähnt, welche als Informationsquelle mit den Fakten in meinem Beitrag überhaupt nicht in Zusammenhang steht. Ich habe sie erwähnt, weil sie wirklich sensationell gut putzt und weil ich hoffte, dass ihr das irgendwie zu Gute kommt.
Um dieser Person nicht ungwollt zu schaden, nehme ich diesen Beitrag aus dem Netz.

During 2006 – 2009 I was a customer of Pebra.
Although the cleaning performance was initially excellent, the situation deteriorated significantly as a second cleaning lady overtook my Pebra contract from my first cleaning lady, both employed through Pebra. Moreover, the behavior of Pebra’s administration was incorrect. In April 2008 I mistakenly paid twice (15^th and 16^th April). This surplus should
have been noticed in their accounting. The CHF 66 (surplus) hasn’t been repaid until this day even with my complaint. In addition to this financial complaint, I was also disappointed with the cleaning performance of my second cleaning lady. The cleaning performance of the first cleaning lady, that Pebra chose for me, was perfect. This, however, stopped suddenly after some time, without my knowledge. According to Pebra’s conditions, the customer is not allowed to choose which cleaning lady he or she would like to employ. Pebra does. The cleaning performance of the second cleaning lady didn’t correspond with their requirement list on their website (
). I phoned Pebra to resolve this issue. Pebra begged me to give their second cleaning lady another chance: a re-​cleaning of my apartment. After the re-​cleaning, the cleaning performance was still unsatisfactory. Since I am normally at work during the weekdays, I didn’t know that Pebra had replace my first cleaning lady with another one. I did notice that the cleaning performance wasn’t as good as at the beginning of my Pebra contact. One day, however, I was ill at home when the second cleaning lady arrived. She didn’t fufill the requirements on Pebra’s website. She was very young, spoke little German and was obviously inexperienced. Shortly thereafter I quit and reclaimed my key without any compensation.
