A lovely quiet neighborhood restaurant.
Located in the busy transportation hub of Hegibachplatz, this restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere and well as huge outdoor terrace seating space.
We happened to be in this neighborhood around lunch time and walked in. The friendly staff seated us promptly upon entering the restaurant at a nice window table. The lunch menu cart changes each week and each day of the week has different specials that are fairly reasonably priced. The cheeseburger, served with a starter salad and french fries (19.5 Fr), was pretty standard. The Angus Beef Stroganoff, served with the soup of the day (vegetable cream soup), noodles, and side vegetables (25.5 Fr) was very delicious. The beef was tender and flavorful. The sauce was not too rich, complimented the sides well.
The waiter was very courteous and accommodating. A very nice dining experience overall. I give it 3.5* Would probably eat here again if we’re around this neighborhood.
