My go-to for a bottle of wine(especially when shopping at the Alnatura Migros, which doesn’t carry alcohol). I usually hit the CHF10 — 20 range, which is well stocked with Zweifel-branded wines and other Züri-area production. Lower, there’s a shelf of Californian and Australian basics for CHF5; there’s more in the CHF100+ range than I know what to do with. Each time I visit, I try to explore a new wall — there’s really quite a lot here. Besides the reds, whites, bubblies, and surprisingly large selection of rosé, there’s also some dessert wines(including a bunch of icewine), liquor(mostly better whiskey, brandy, and schnapps), and a few chocolate & jam oddities. The beer selection is pretty basic — some Turbinenbrau(though usually just Sprint, not the tastier Rekord) and some pale Quollfrisch /Feldschlossen standards. For more full-flavored beer, you’re better off crossing the street to Coop. For wine, though — Zweifel gets my vote.
