Absolutely fantastic food, the sardine starter is the most gorgeous thing I’ve eaten in months. Service is efficient, not fast food (it’s NOT McDonalds afterall), but worth waiting for. Lovely evening, can’t fault it.

The Packhorse pub is a greeneking. Its family run and very welcoming. I have only ever been there on a sunday and it has always been very busy. i think alot of diner reserve tables for dinner.
The pub is child friendly and in the summer i could see this as a nice place to chill with the kids. to the back of the car park theres a small petting area with a couple of animals.
the food is out of this world and can not be faulted. a wide range of food is served here from bangers and mash through toItlalian food.
