Aintree Village Fish Bar

Aintree Village Fish Bar is the brand spanking new chip shop that’s taken this little hub of Liverpool by storm. With a beaming sign and extensive menu, it’s a touch overwhelming in comparison to your traditional takeaway.
Once inside you can pick from an array of delicacies, including kebabs and traditional cod and chips. I gingerly entered with my grandad unawares of what to select, and eventually pipped for the traditional fish and chips (well, it is a fish bar after all…) Though, in my view the name is a little misleading, as the place also does Chinese cuisine as well as a burgers.
Service took a little while as there was quite a hefty queue, but to be honest, it was worth it. Our meals were delicious.
