John Currie & Son

Although not as busy or with as much choice as Ferguson’s in Airdrie this is still a good butcher’s to try out, for the steak pie alone. Their steak pie is lovely and you can get it with Sausages in it which is what I prefer. It is a tiny little shop but really clean and staff are really nice. Prices are really good for a small quality butchers and their meat is nice and fresh. Biggest disadvantage is lack of choice especially when just around corner you have a butchers with such a large choice. Biggest advantage is the Steak Pie which in my opinion is best you can buy in Airdrie.
