I guess that this business has only recently opened as I can find no reference to it on Unilocal or Trip Adviser, so it was a pleasant surprise to find a proper fish and chip shop almost next door to the Tate Modern in amongst all the tourist souvenir shops. It is a great stop off between museums for really good battered fish and nice chips and OK mushy peas. I have visited 3 times in the last week and found it equally good on each visit. The seating is very limited and rather cramped but in a way it adds to the authenticity of the experience and is a refreshing alternative to the rather ‘me too’ looking restaurants and brasseries on Albert Dock.
