History

Established in 2011.

Hello and welcome to F.A.S.T-Personal Training, I would first like to tell you a bit about myself and why I feel I can help you achieve not only your health and fitness goals but help you build a strong and positive mindset to tackle everyday boundaries and obstacles you may face.

I wasn’t always interested in health and fitness, I was the fat kid that had few friends and was always the last one to be chosen to play on the football team. I then became interested in Karate and practiced that for some 16 years gaining many belts and for some time running a very successful dojo.

As a youngster I always had a weight problem, I was always trying out the new fat loss and diet routines you found in the magazines, it was up until; and it was at this point at which I decided to make a change. It was my trigger point you could say… It was at this point that I realised I needed to change.

John was top of his class when he graduated from the European Institute of Fitness with the following qualifications.

Diploma in Master Training Level 3.

REPS’ Level 2 Gym Instructor.

REPS’ Level 3 Personal Trainer.
