Ye Olde Monken Holt is a friendly, traditional pub dating back to 1869.

In addition to our beers and lagers (bottled and on tap), we serve cask conditioned ales like Greene King IPA, Directors and Sharp’s Doom Bar. There are always two guest ales on offer, as well as a range of spirits and fine wines.

Our food is fresh, home-​made and great value for money. Our chef has over 20 years experience and uses top quality produce in our daily specials. Our menu includes classic British dishes like bangers and mash, fish and chips, and traditional roast dinners every Sunday.

Throughout the week, we show all possible sporting events and on Wednesday we serve a Burger Night menu. On Thursdays, we specialise in steak. Choose from sirloin, rib eye or rump with hand-​cut chips and peas or salad for only £6.95. This is followed by our weekly cash prize quiz.

Our resident DJ plays your dance floor requests every Friday. On Saturday, we host live bands and Sunday is our ever-​popular Open Mic Night.
