Late rent with an email ‘talk about kicking someone when they’re down’ when I dared ask for it. Email stating I was ‘manipulative, irritating and a bully’ when I dared write a letter of complaint. A filthy house left by the tenants, their relative, their dog and gerbil and their fags in my no smoking, no pets house. A foul garden covered in dog excrement, a mattress and rotting rubbish. Thanks for the thousand quid settlement Just4let, will help with the petrol costs on the daily visits to the dump to dispose of the tenants’ filth, the ones you were happy to put in my property.
