Really friendly, helpful staff. Lots of different treatments offered, plus the hair salon. Offers on Wednesday for buy one get one free, plus courses for some treatments. I liked the Ionithermie.
Interesting building, not a standard new build spa!
No parking — difficult as with everywhere else in Bath
