Travelodge Hotel – Bedford Wyboston

Typical Travelodge with familiar room décor and layout. Walls and floors thin so can hear the other guests, some of whom are not that considerate of others. Rooms look tired and need refurbishment. Cannot complain too much for the price though (we booked online and got a special offer price of £19.99 a night). Well located for road links but apart from the Little Chef next door (grubby and expensive) and a petrol station, you will need to drive to get something to eat but there are liads of pubs and restaurants withn a 10 mile radius.

A budget hotel just off the A1 in Bedfordshire. It’s pretty mucg your typical Travelodge with no extra services or frills. If you are just looking for somewhere cheap to spend the night in this area, book in advance and you could get yourself a bargain! The staff are always very polite and helpful!
You don’t seem to get any traffic noise despite it being so close to the motorway, and there is plenty of free parking. It can be a pain getting out of the carpark though when the A1 is busy.
There is a Little Chef next door if you want to get something to eat, or a 24 hour garage shop if you want to get an overpriced sandwich or chocolate.
