So I’m dealing with Community Law Partnership at the moment and although they may have to stop representing me soon due to some red tape B.S., I thought I’d put a good word in for them regardless as they’ve been great so far. I’m having some problems with my landlord and trainee solicitor Laura Carter from CLP has been assigned to my case. I’ve found her to be far more concise and helpful than anyone else I have dealt with in the past and would definitely recommend her. Although the building they are working from is pretty tacky and the offices look as if they were abandoned in some kind of 1960s zombie holocaust, you shouldn’t let this detract from the work they are doing. Everyone I have dealt with there, so far, has been friendly and polite. It really surprised me. If you are experiencing hardship and need a lawyer, but haven’t got much money, then you should give them a call. They will assess your situation and help you apply for Legal Aid if necessary.
