Qualified in 1974, Dr Bowler is a pioneer of non-​surgical cosmetic treatments in the UK with over 20 years experience. He is co-​founder and Fellow of the British College of Aesthetic Medecine and a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. His opinion on the medical aesthetic industry is highly respected and he is frequently quoted in the media and on television.
