Building Consultancy Bureau has been offering services as Chartered Building Surveyors for over 25 years. They pride themselves upon offering a personal but professional service that is tailored to the needs of their clients whilst offering a level of technical knowledge that is second to none.

BCB are proud to serve a full range of clients — from the private individual, who has never used a surveyor before, right through to national charities, housing associations, local authorities, commercial and industrial clients (and even the odd rock star/​celebrity!)

BCB primarily serve Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire from offices in Bournemouth and Southampton — but for several longer-​standing clients we deal with larger projects further afield covering everything from St Ives in Cornwall, through to Margate in Kent and northwards up to Birmingham.

Building Consultancy Bureau have been established since 1987. Their surveyors are all Fellow members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and have in excess of 30 years experience.
