Let me make this very clear. You do not need to be coached. Nobody needs to be coached. You are already a powerful person. A leader in your own right.

A coach acts in the exact way you would expect. A 100m sprinter can run, they know how to move one foot in front of the other and can do so exceptionally well. They do not need a coach to perform well. Their own talents, natural aptitude and gathered resources have assured their progress. But the benefit of having a coach has not been lost on the sporting world. The drastic improvements, insights, and the sustained level of peak performance are not underestimated.

You live your own life and make up your own decisions, you’ve done that for your entire adult life and do not want even for a second to change that. I will connect with you deeply, and step far back from the tapestry of your life, see the whole picture and help you to see you more clearly than ever before.

This is a very intimate experience as you will be required to open up, completely.

I have no qualms with calling you out on your excuses, and being honest with you even when you don’t want it. I am going to tell you how it is, all because I want what is best for you. I am not here to please you. I am here to serve you. I will not do you the disservice of holding back.

I am a coach, and when I say this I don’t mean it’s my job. It is who I am. I will connect with your deepest level. Show you yourself in high-​definition; blissful graces and devastating flaws, and all because I believe in you. I will accept you, and love you for who you are. I will guide you through the darkest maze, and be your torch when the signposts are unclear. And drag you through the fire when you feel all too comfortable sitting beside it.
