The staff are wonderful and are very polite and sympathetic and sit there and let you talk and do not interupt which I found fantastic when you are dealing with the funeral arrangements.
It is located on Binfield Road and it is a nice building.
I did not feel rushed atall and sat in a nice quiet room to discuss details with the lovely lady (forgotten her name).
She talked me through the whole process and gave me lots of brochures.
The whole experience (if you can call it that) was very well handled and dealt with in a very good way from me first walking in until the funeral.
Lovely people.
