Useless service — will not use again. Booked and paid for an appointment online 3 days ago. Turned up a few minutes early today for the appointment and told I would have to wait an hour as they were busy. Rang the head office and complained — they agreed I should have had the tyres fitted as arranged at the time booked. Full refund made plus an apology. Have now gone elsewhere and saved a further £20. Don’t believe the adverts — these guys are not «kwik» they are rubbish — the customer service guy was very good though. Last time I spend my hard earned on tyres from them. Shop around is my learning.
