Terrible customer service. Food wasn’t bad, but the manager or the person in charge had a really bad attitude and started being abusive towards me and my other 5 girlfriends. We booked a table for 7.30 p.m. as we wanted to have a chilled night out, but at 8.30 we were told he HAD to leave as they needed our table because they had a reservation for lots of people. We complained that we weren’t told over the phone when booking the table a week in advance and the manager started arguing with us. He was terribly rude. We won’t go back there and it’s definitely not a place to go with your friends and family. Totally unreliable. Perhaps it is a place that suits drunk people after all pubs shut. Drunk people don’t usually complain as they never remember a thing anyway.

Simply AWFUL! From beginning to a rather rude and much earlier than planned end, this place has to rate as the absolute worst dining experience of my entire life! From the staff and food at this place from attitude (and the staff have lots of it all bad!), through service to quality of the merchandise i.e. the food itself, I cannot find a single positive.
For anybody believing that a good curry is a plate of meat doused in chilli powder and padded out with diced frozen veg this is most definately the place for you! Anyone lucky enough to have eaten at some of the finest restaurants throughout the world, as I have, or anybody who may have travelled and eaten at a grass roots level in towns and cities around the globe this place is to be avoided.
The duty manager is surly, the staff unattentive and any form of customer service is only too conspicuos by it’s absence! If you don’t like it tough; there’s always another mug must be the motto of the restaurant.
Brentwood has some wonderful Indian restaurants, many of which are friendly and serve very tasty dishes with a good selection on the menu. So why on earth anybody would want to waste their time and hard earned money in this way below par excuse for a restaurant is beyond me!
No stars! The box above required me to tick one at least, but in truth Nil Point! The closest this place will get to the word Michelen is what is written on the owners tyres!

Good Value. Last visit Sep 10. Lots of great things to try, we have to go back soon for more. This reminds me very much of the early indian places in Sparkbrook in Brum, lots of people, lots of activity, a good buzz about the place. Not so great if you want a cozy, quiet romantic meal and conversation, but fabulous for the livelier times. I expect this will be become one of our choice places in Brentwood to go!

I looked at the reviews and thought they must either have never been to a normal, good indian, or I must have gone to a different one in Brentwood. This place is a plastic version of an Indian restaurant. Please try the Balti house opposite, not fantastic, but just normal and good food.

Most definately the best indian i have had in Brentwood! The food is amazing, the atmosphere and service brilliant and finally the most important thing the price is excellent, this place is a must visit in Brentwood

This is one of the best Indians in the area. The foods is inexpensive compared to others and the food is quality. I would get their early though as i have seen people cue outside which is not good in the winter.

There are several Indian restaurants in Brentwood, but I would recommend this as the best. Always busy, so you might be better off booking. I was particularly impressed by the prices, huge portions mean that this is a very good value option. I tried the chicken jalfrezi and was very happy with the quality of flavours. The others in my party were also impressed with the food. Open till late at night, so if you fancy a post-​pub curry this is a good option. They have the great beer Cobra, and a decent wine selection, which is not always on offer in curry houses. Recommended.

Now we’re talking curry! This place is phenomenal and amazingly priced! The wine list is good and very good value too. Chicken korma, peshwari naan, peshwari rice — and you’re in heaven! Definitely recommended!
