This is one of the least professional services I’ve come across. When I dropped off my garments for repair, there was a big confusion between the staff over how long it would take, I was eventually told it would be ready in just under two weeks. I waited the two weeks then phoned to see if my clothes were ready. I was then told that they hadn’t been done and that I would have to wait until the following day. I told them I wasn’t very happy about it as I would be unable to collect them the next day. They replied saying something about the job I can’t repeat here and then asked me to come and collect my clothes in their unfinished state. I got the impression they don’t like people coming in off the street and prefer to just do alterations for clothes shops.
