Appointment only veterinarians is stated on the window but you wouldn’t have this at a doctors surgery. ‘Sorry, I know you may have internal bleeding but it is strictly appointments only’. I wouldn’t be happy but I am sure in an emergency they would do their best.
Recently, a friend had to have a pet put down but they did regard this practice as they felt that they did the best they could and kept them informed if any minor thing happened.
