Anthony James is a student letting agency who focuses their properties in central Bristol. They only have a handful of properties in the student area of Gloucester Road and their properties are mainly city centre 3 bedroom flats, close to the main university bus stops.
As a company, Anthony James aren’t bad. Any problems or queries they clear up reasonably quickly and they are very easy to get hold of. The prices of their properties are also fairly reasonable, with a large city centre 3 bed flat costing roughly £80 per week.
Most of their properties all have double bedrooms and are fully kitted out with all the appliances. It is normal though that as a resident, you need to hire a washing machine and tumble dryer (information for which is provided to you as you begin your tenancy).
