History

Established in 2011.

With 20+ years of experience in all areas of the Catering sector Lee Marshall under took the decision of starting up his own Chef company.

With the knowledge learnt from his many years experience, Lee is confident and competent in making his mark in this busy sector.

Having a strong «hands on approach» to the business, meaning not just taking bookings, finding good chefs but putting my experience on the line and getting stuck in with the practical side. For me it’s my business and as the figure head I lead by example, get it right and we’ll get repeat business, get it wrong and not worth going down that road!
