This Bed and Breakfast is a hidden gem! Have a look at the website to believe it. If you’re in the area for a wedding it’s the perfect place to stay. Eight of us from my family booked out most of the rooms (the whole of the middle floor) in July 2009 as it’s ideal. For what you get the prices are amazingly cheap.
The rooms are extremely comfortable, the owners are very very nice, very accommodating, providing milk for my toddler’s night time drink, giving us the key to get back in after the wedding etc.
If you need a taxi to your wedding venue they also have a friend who can do it for you and obviously knows the local area so you can get there without worrying about finding it (he has a minibus so can take several people — fitted us all in it).
It’s unlikely I’ll ever go to a wedding in the area again as I don’t know anyone else there but I wish I could just to be able to stay there again.
