After taking my small dog here as I was given a puppy pack etc as a gift, I really wished I never walked through the door!
I was very shocked to see that they only throw one brand down your throat the minute you walk into the door for any continued healthcare for the dog. We all care for our animals and can not always afford the high prices that they charge, but wasn’t offered an alternative.
Every time I called to confirm my appointments the staff were very lathargic and seemed not with it when we got there! Even my husband commented on every visit that he didn’t like it there, that the staff are very stand-​offish and that isn’t like him!
On my last visit I spoke to a vet who was so far up herself she didn’t even have the manner to say Hello, she never asked what breed of animal I had but was so disgruntled when I was hinting on another product, which she didn’t offer at all, and was telling me that it does to the job, but trying to say it wasn’t good enough, as it was a cheaper brand! (what did they do prior to Advocate?) I had been quoted several different prices, so I am not sure they even know what they are charging themselves! She wasn’t forth coming in any constructive advice and to be honest. didn’t give a s**t!
She may feel that she is educated in her field, but needs to look at customer service as this is what keeps the business going, but so are we, and we are clever enough to take our business elsewhere! The practice is dark and dingy, not well lit outside to see and the weeds say it all.
We will not be taking our precious animal back there. We have found a wonderful vet up Gloucester Road and they are just perfect

My Dog has pet insurance here. It’s a great vet and also my 2 cats that sadly passed away :(are in there hands and are really professional. Thanks Guys!

Great little veterinary clinic, always taken good care of my many pets. Also they are happy to provide advise over the phone regarding any pet care whcih has saved my unnecesarily taking my pets to clinic and having to pay vets fees when not needed! Also staff are very friendly
