Frankie & Benny’s

This is not a bad restaurant but it really depends on who is cooking at the time. Some times the food is amazing and the staff are very nice, bit most days the food is horrible. We have visited days ago and it was truly horrible. The sirloin stake was cold, when it was replaced it was rump! I ordered sirloin stake but when they’d replaced it, it came out as a rump stake. Although all these things were bad, the staff are always very friendly. Also the chef rushes the food because my chicken had BBQ sauce splashed over it. And that was not ment to be on there. So in conclusion sometimes this place can be nice and sometimes it can’t. You just have to take the chance.

By FAR the most disgusting meal and place I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.
The décor is horrendous, it felt like America had vomited on me.
Screaming kids, awful staff rude grumpy staff, people swearing and shouting.
Ordered dough balls which were burnt. A calzone that I wouldn’t have fed to a dog, I cut into it and a pint of sweet, sickly BBQ sauce engulfed my plate. There was some sort of grotesque processed meat and other strange monstrosities within.
First and last time I will visit this or any of their other so called ‘restaurants’

I eat here quite a bit either with friends or bring family out I love there chicken parajam
My children loves there pizza and tbh there price are not to bad either!
They have voucher on phone on voucher codes for discount like at the moment it buy two main meal and recive £10 off ur bill

Okay, this is a Frankie & Benny’s so it’s a chain and I’m sure you’ve all been in one before. But if you haven’t, then read on!
This is one of those annoying American styled themed restaurants that has just about everything I’m not looking for in a restaurant. In many ways it’s similar to TGI Fridays in this respect, the only real difference being that Frankie & Benny’s has an Italian American theme going on, but you’ll find all the same sorts of things happening in both.
What sort of things? Well first off you have the overly friendly and nauseatingly polite waitresses who say things like «have a nice day» with about as much sincerity as a traffic warden. Then you’ve got the gigantic plates of food made with about as much care and attention as you’ll find in a McDonalds cheese burger. Added to this is the rage inducing sound of people stopping to sing happy birthday every other minute and all this at mind boggling prices.
This one in Hengrove has the added attraction of being in Hengrove so on top of all the annoying false pleasantries and bad food, you’ve got some undesirables dotted around the place, so there’s the added risk of some external as well as internal injuries.

I’ve never really liked F&B’s, but was pleasently surprised at their customer service, and prices. What was most surprising was their choice of food. Great place to eat
