This place ruined my husband’s best and expensive suit and didn’t apologise. I think that just about says it all.
They claim that the suit wasn’t really suitable to be dry cleaned — in which case why did they do it and then charge us £10! (We did get the money back, but that’s hardly the point). To be honest, I think it’s highly unlikely that they’ll stay open much longer as most of the small shops around it have recently closed down.
