Specialties

Fast and reliable computing is important for any user — that’s true at home or at work, and on a PC or a mobile device.

Refresh has one simple goal: to make your own IT work for you. We achieve it by paying attention to what you want and by giving you rapid, effective, local support. What we don’t do is blind you with jargon or sell you products you don’t need.

Choose a monthly package to match your own requirements, or use us on an ad-hoc basis as the need arises. Call us today if you want to talk through any IT issues either at home or within your business.

History

Established in 2006.

As IT companies grow they often lose track of their customers’ needs, giving a new meaning to the phrase ‘remote support’. Refresh was established in 2006 by Mark Graham and Mark Burgess with a clear vision: personal service and attention to detail should remain the focus of everything we do. Your goals must come first.

With the same levels of know-how as a large corporate supplier, Refresh now supports many individuals and business in the region. We take on whatever challenge a business or home user is facing, from simply removing a virus to implementing the latest technologies.

Microsoft Certification and over 35 years of IT support experience mean that Refresh can give clients more time to spend on business priorities, secure in the knowledge that business-critical equipment is in good shape. Our growth through client recommendation bears testimony to our commitment to on-going service levels.

He moved to one of the world’s largest food companies, initially in technical support followed by eight years as a Windows server specialist: «Complex systems shouldn’t cause complex problems. What continues to motivate me is making computers simple and reliable for everyone who uses them.»
