Joseph founded the company with the intention of providing solutions to traditional problems the cleaning industry has.
He is an ambitious man, whos focus always has been and always will be on the customer and their satisfaction!
Customer service is often neglected by companies as an unnecessary expense, so they focus on margins instead of what is truly important.
For Joe, customer service is the centre of his company! Making customers (current and new) happy and going the extra mile for them helps generate the 2-way feel good factor that helps relationships to grow.
Joe appreciates how those less fortunate too, and so promises a percentage of every clean to charity– currently it is the World Food Programme, who help distribute meals and provide schooling to those who need it most.
