Puppy Kit

Very disappointed with the «groom» done on my dog and lack of customer service. When I tried to get this rectified I was threatened and subsequently shoved out of the shop by the male owner. Do not be fooled by his calm, carefully worded comments on here as that was certainly not my experience. I have reported them to Trading Standards and supplied photographic evidence of the poor groom and have been informed that Puppy kit are in breach of the 1982 Goods and Services Act and Trading Standards will be taking this matter further. My dog wasn’t bathed or his nails cut and in fact all they did was trim his tail. I cannot recommend this grooming parlour and would suggest that they get the manager & owner on a customer service course without further delay. Disgraceful bullies. I can supply photographic evidence which is dated to anyone that wants to see this to prove what I am saying is factual,
