Acme specialises in professional tree surgery and grounds maintenance. We are ArbAC — Arboricultural Association Approved Contractors and Local Authority Approved Contractors. We’re also CHAS Accredited.

All our work is carried out to BS 3998: 2010 Recommendations for Tree Work.

Total tree removal, tree felling, sectional felling, crown lifting, crown thinning, pruning, pollarding, removal of deadwood. We do all types of hedge work; hedge trimming, hedge reduction and the dying art of hedge laying.

We work on trees with preservation orders (TPO) and those within protected conservation and woodland areas. We offer a service to submit planning applications and liaising with the Local Authorities on our clients behalf. We carryout work on SSSI areas Sites of Specific Scientific Interest, and site clearance f
