Professional Properties is a specialist, local letting agents with offices in Derby and Burton-​on-​Trent covering these and all surrounding areas. The key to our success is the people within our business. Our staff are highly motivated, well trained and customer focused. At Professional Properties, we are passionate about the quality of service that we offer and we listen to our customers. We listen, we change and we improve.

History

Established in 1999.

Since 1999, we have worked with many landlords from experienced investors with large portfolios, new landlords wishing to start investing in property and those ‘accidental’ landlords who didn’t set out to be a property investor at all. We are problem solvers. We match the right people to the right property, minimising void periods and help our tenants turn their house into a home.

The cartoon does do me justice so don’t, for one minute, assume that I am older than the cartoon makes me out to be! I have been the Senior Rental Valuer at the Burton-​on-​Trent branch of Professional Properties since 2004 and we have built up our landlord portfolio based on excellent service and an honest approach to residential lettings — something that I know many other agents and landlords do not offer! I hope that my blogs will be informative, thought provoking and memorable with, perhaps, an ounce of knowledge that you can use when making your property investment decisions!
