We carry out our solar panel installations throughout Cambridgeshire including Ely, Newmarket, Huntingdon, Royston, St Neots and the surrounding towns and villages.

We own our own office in Waterbeach, just north of Cambridge, where we have our own 7 kWp solar panel installation that generates all of our electricity.

History

Established in 2009.

Cambridge Solar Ltd was set up in 2009 in order to help home and business owners in and around Cambridge make the most of the solar pv feed-​in tariffs.

Since setting up we have installed 100’s of high quality solar panel installations in the Cambridge area.

Cambridge Solar was founded by Owen Morgan who before setting up Cambridge Solar worked for some of the UK’s leading renewable energy companies as well as gaining a MSc in Renewable Energy from the Centre for Alternative Technology.

Business Owner

Owen Morgan first started work in the renewable energy industry in 1999. Since then he has worked with a number of renewable energy technologies in some of the UK’s leading renewable energy companies. He has an Engineering degree from the University of Warwick and a Masters degree in Renewable Energy from the Centre for Alternative Technology.
