History
Established in 1987.
Celebrating 25 years of student lettings, Leydon Lettings have expanded more rapidly since 2003. In 2011, thirteen new purchases and three new instructions took our number of houses to 53 properties and over 270 student tenants.
Modelled upon and inspired by a stay at the Grosvenor House Hotel London in 1988. Leydon properties received a major face-lift. All subsequent property instructions and purchases were upgraded to reflect rising aspirations of modern students. Single beds were replaced with doubles, standard matresses were upgraded with orthopoedic quality. New kitchen and bathrooms, floor coverings and décor were all improved both with functionality and durability and ease of cleaning in mind. Modern City offices enable student clients and landlords to meet in an environment conducive to establishing the needs of Leydon Lettings clients. New technology ensures state of the art communication. What is now on offer is the distillate of all we have done!

Bob Leydon has been letting student houses for a quarter century. Prior to this time Bob worked in various industries including owning and runing a building company, advising with the Citizens Advice Bureau and as a Financial Advisor.
