This pub has recently undergone a change of management and major refurbishment. The interior is warm and welcoming, with an open fire and booths for groups.
The pub serves a good selection of ales and lagers from Kent and beyond, and serves home-​cooked food at evenings and lunches.
They hold regular events such as pub quizzes and live music nights.
The pub has a great atmosphere and friendly staff — cannot recommend more!

My second home whilst at university. Friendly staff and nice food, always go for the Monument burger.
Pub quiz night on Thursday’s that’s always great fun.
