I have been with Penguin for a number of years, starting off as undertaking administrative tasks and now happily working as Sales Director with a great team who all make it their goal to provide great customer service to all customers.

Our business has changed a lot since I first started with the company — all for the better too. Our customers continue to have the same high level of service for a very reasonable price (prices which have not increased in a number of years — in fact, they have dropped). We like to think that we go that bit further in ensuring our customers have a great experience when doing business with us and as a result, more than 90% of new business is generated from customer recommendation.

We have been very busy over the last 18 months with the renovations of our offices in Rumney — the work to the front of the building is almost complete and new signage due to be erected in the next few weeks!
