History
Established in 2004.
Red Hot World Buffet launched in Nottingham in 2004, and turned the outdated image of all-you-can-eat establishments on its head. The company set out to recruit five-star chefs from some of the best restaurants and hotels around the world, who are experts in the preparation of their chosen cuisine. As well as skilfully preparing an array of up to 300 dishes from four continents, Red Hot’s chefs also cook food freshly to order in front of customers’ eyes. The fastest-growing restaurant chain in the UK, Red Hot serves an amazingly diverse buffet, with dishes from India, Italy, China, Thailand, Mexico, Japan and Britain, including fresh pasta, curry dishes and teppanyaki made to order — and all at a fixed price.
Meet the Manager
Atul M.
Manager
Atul has a degree in hotel management and started out as assistant manager in 2010. In 2011 he was promoted to restaurant manager and he currently manages 63 people. Atul’s favourite part of the job is honing his flair bartending abilities. His skill in this field is second-to-none, and he previously attended the 2008 Regional Bartending Championship in Beijing.
