I went here because, woops, I forgot that it was Mother’s Day this weekend. It was only when my boyfriend told me to remind him to get his mum a card that I realised.
There was a large amount of cards here for such a small stall but there wasn’t, unfortunately, a great amount of choice. If your mother wouldn’t particularly appreciate a card that was pink, had a teddy bear on it, used baby-​speak (or some amalgamation of the three) then this definitely isn’t the place for you.
Maybe I’m being a little unfair, because I didn’t look for that long. I was more worried about finding the right card and getting it sent before the last post.
Anyway, I went to Paperchase.
