My first experience of exercise was at the age of 14, after watching a Bruce Lee movie, I was awe struck by his near perfect physique, I wanted a body like Bruce Lee too. Fast forward 40 years to the present, I’ve just about experienced everything there is to experience about exercise and nutrition. New training fads, as far as I’m concerned, are just modified versions of methods that have been in existence for decades, but their new names and snazzy marketing campaigns make them sound like the next big fitness thing.
