Three Store

Although I was just browsing in 3, I’m basing this rating purely on a classic customer service situation I witnessed and the excellent way it was dealt with by the staff.
The basic gist of the problem was that the customer was having problems with his wireless dongle for his internet connection. This isn’t generally a problem you’d walk into a shop to try and fix, as the Customer Service number would normally deal with it. This was politely pointed out but only served to make the customer more angry. He was a shouty, complain-​y type of guy who made everyone in the store feel uncomfortable by loudly chastising the lady behind the counter. In short, she called the customer service no. herself and helped the guy, even though he didn’t really deserve it and had no manners. He left happy and apologised for his behaviour, no doubt feeling a little sheepish.
So I’d recommend this store purely on the basis that I witnessed service you wouldn’t get in most places. I certainly wouldn’t have helped anyone who was so rude to me.
