Vitality 4 Less is situated in the very popular Red Dragon Centre in Cardiff Bay. It is one of the largest gyms within in Cardiff with 250 pieces of gym equipment, a very large dance studio with over 30 classes per week, a separate free weights area with dumbbells up to 50kg, a hammer strength plated weight section, a separate spin section, and various stretching sections.

Vitality 4 Less is very popular with the ladies as it boasts a large, fully equipped ladies only section which has all the fixed weights specifically designed for the female body. This area has its own stretching area & free weights section also.

If you would like to relax & unwind after your workout then Vitality 4 Less has a beautifully decorated relaxation suite with sauna & steam rooms allowing you are your muscles to relax & recover.

Within the facility we have a licensed bar for various functions and events, such as DJ nights, and taster nights. There is also a fully qualified Physiotherapist on site too.

History

Established in 2012.

Vitality 4 Less is the latest gym to be opened by the Vitality group in Cardiff. It opened it’s doors to the public on August 14^th 2012. Having previously been the Evolution Nightclub the exciting, energetic vibe and feel still remain which gives it an excellent atmosphere to train in.

Vitality’s other gym; Vitality Gym & Health Club is based in the city centre in Park Place. Due to the excellent relationship and cohesion between the two sites we are able to offer joint deals between the clubs with great discounts in Vitality’s salons, spa’s and clinics. (Vitality Hair & Beauty, Vitality Platinum and Vitality in Motion).
