Vitality in Motion treats a number of babies with Flat Head Syndrome using various treatment techniques from repositioning & tummy time tips, physiotherapy exercises through to helmet treatment. Vitality in Motion is an established clinic within Cardiff City Centre. Lisa our lead Clinician previously worked in the NHS for 8 years and became

Team Leader and Manager of the Orthopaedic Physiotherapy team before being head hunted to work for the Global company Ossur as a Specialist Clinician, lecturer and Cranial Head Remoulding Specialist (Treating babies with flat head syndrome).

Vitality in Motion has successfully treated over 550 babies with flat head syndrome with helmet treatment.

Lisa has provided physiotherapy treatment to a number of sports personalities, Olympians, sports teams and a wide variety of people with sporting injuries, long term chronic pain and people post operatively.

Vitality in Motion is proud to be linked with the orthopaedic Surgeons & Consultants throughout South Wales, Bristol, Bath and the Midlands. It isn’t uncommon to find our clinicians lecturing alongside the UK’s leading consultants around the UK aswell.
