Unlike other cleaning companies we don’t just cover Ceramic Tile, Porcelain and Grout, we have the knowledge and experience to restore any stone surface including Granite, Limestone, Marble, Quarry Tile, Sandstone, Terracotta, Travertine and Victorian Tile.

We can handle any size job anywhere in the UK through our network of trained Tile Doctors; whether it is a few bathrooms that need restoring, a large cafeteria or kitchen that has been troubling you, or an entire showroom, lobby or hallway that needs to be kept in top shape.

History

Established in 1995.

The tile market has come a long way in the last 20 years, gone are the days when choice was restricted to a range of 6 by 6 inch tiles with limited styles and colours. The market has grown very quickly in this time and become much more divergent, today ceramics are being outpaced by natural products, such as Limestone, Slate, Stone and Granite etc and this has been fuelled by a wealth of television makeover shows and magazines.

So as demand increased so did the supply, however a void was being created, natural products need regular maintenance if they are to keep on looking good and although the products were available few people were trained in their use. Tile Doctor was started to fill this void and since 1995 we have grown a network of trained Tile Doctors covering the UK.

Meet the Manager

Manager

Russell started his career in the Tile and Stone industry by working for many years in a Tile Retail outlet where he became very familiar with the materials and products. He also became aware of the demand to maintain these products and so started out on his own to provide Tile, Grout and Stone cleaning and sealing service. This quickly grew into Tile Doctor ltd and Russell now spends his time providing training and investigating new products and techniques at their facility in Carnforth, Lancashire.
