Started off as a Commis Chef in an officer’s mess and worked her way up to Headchef for 10 years.

promoted to Mess Manager where she gained front of house skills including silver service and wines and spirits .

Promoted to Catering Manager for the site with around 15 to 20 chefs and 20 kitchen porters .

Trained as a d32 d33 nvq assessor and trained chefs as well as front of house.
