Holistic Life — Fit for work specialises in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of muscularskeletal injuries.

Our services are designed not simply to provide therapeutic treatment in the workplace to combat stress and injuries, but also to deliver preventative measures to maintain wellbeing. As well as getting employees fit for work through injury rehabilitation and stress management.

History

Established in 2008.

Established in 2004 Started working with sporting clubs in ¹⁹⁹³⁄₄ after qualifying.

Worked with Womens football teams and running clubs.

Set up Holistic life — Sports Injury Centre in 2004 in Heald Green, Cheadle.

In 2008, developed making own massage balms and selling to clients. In 2009 moved the business to Stanley Green in Cheadle Hulme to bigger premises for disabled access. Taken on clients who need wheel chair access.

In 2011 set up a subsidery company called Holistic Life — Fit for work, providing rehabilitation to corporate companies.

Business Owner

I bacame interested in injury rehabilitation after a major car crash in 1992. I was told i would be in a wheelchair. With determination, hard work in the gym and intense sports massage i completed the Manchester to Blackpool cycle race 18 months after the accident.

I decided i wanted to help and inspire others to improve their health and set on a path of re-​training and have’nt looked back since.

I qualified in 1994.

In 2004 i set up Holistic Life –Sports Injury and Wellness Centre.

In 2008 i branched out to corporate work and is now a successful business of its own and is now called Holistic Life –Fit for work, Cheshire.

I have treated many people and enjoy the job satisfaction of improving peoples health.
