Caramel photography emerged following 16 years of Avalon Photography Limited, which forged a strong reputation in the advertising industry. Ian Cartwright is the owner and senior photographer using his 35 years plus experience for the benefit of industry and commerce as well as private individuals and families.

From artistic inclinations at school, my only profession has been as a photographer. I have enjoyed the craft of controlling light, catching moments, and creating compositions throughout my career. I like to give my clients more than they expect, always looking to make them or their product look their best. My work is truly unique and bespoke. Caramel is sweet.
